News for October 2020

Well, in a few weeks Lupus Association of Tasmania Inc. would have been holding events in respect to ‘Lupus Awareness Week’ that is an annual event for lupus associations all over the world. However, this year there will be no events, no raffles, no coming together to celebrate due to COVID19.

However, our monthly support meetings will still go ahead. October dates are as follows:

East Coast Support Group:
No meeting in October.

Northern Support Group:
Thursday 22nd of October 2020 at the Launceston Community Health Centre – Joan Marshall Wing. Starting at 10.30 am. Please bring a plate of morning tea to share.

North West Support Group:
Tuesday 6th October 2020 at Fuschia Farm Café, Lillico Road, Lillico starting at 12pm for lunch.

Southern Support Group:
No meeting in October. Next meeting is Monday November 16th, 2020 at Mather’s House, 108 Bathurst Street, Hobart starting at 12pm for lunch.

West Coast Support Group:
Tuesday 6th October 2020 at JJ’s Café, 13 Orr Street, Queenstown starting at 11.30am for morning tea.

Our ‘end of the year‘ Christmas lunch is on the 13th December 2020. More details later.
